Strengthening the Immune System with Qigong series

​

This training will give access to vitality, clarity, peace and groundedness in being.  We will work with Qigong, Japanese self massage, Meridian/energy channels and Meditation.

​

4 classes on Saturdays starting September 4th

 

1 class:  Body scanning/listening

How does one listen and sense where the strength and weaknesses occur in the body?

Be your own best guide in knowing what your own body needs for self healing. Learn to detect when something is out of balance inside.

 

Saturday September 4th

 2nd class:  Strengthening the immune system according to Chinese Medicine

We are going to work with Three Heaters , the lower, middle and upper part of the body. The 3 Heaters are responsible for our immune system and vitality. Strengthening these centers is a great way to boost one’s overall health and well being. In this class you will learn the location of the 3 Centers and how to strengthen each  of them.

 

Saturday September 11th

1.30 - 2.30PM

 

 3rd class: The Polyvagal theory, release stress in the nervous system

Looking at how the nervous system work and a way to recognize your stress level. How the 3 Heaters helps to regulate the nervous system and apply exercises for releasing stress.

Saturday September 18th

1.30 -2.30PM

 4th class:  Learn to distinguish your own healing needs and strengthening your health

Distinguish your own healing needs and ways you can help yourself in dealing with stress and how to strengthen your body, mind and immune system using the 3 Heaters as a guide post.

Saturday September 25th

1.30 - 2.30PM

 

Each class builds on the previous and it is recommended to take the whole series.

 

Dates: Saturdays September 4th through 25th

 

 Cost: For the whole series $120, each class, $100 when register by August 28th, $35 a class if taken individually.

Benefits include: Discovering stress in your body, determining the level of stress in the 3 centers to help balance the physical, emotional, and mind.

Strengthening the Kidneys, Bones and Inner Stability

​

The Water element is the season of winter.

Learn to gain more strength,creativeness, enhanced willpower, memory, calmness and peace. Gain access to enhance your well being and inner strength, bone health and life force. How to keep your Water element in balance during winter is the focus of this class.

 

This is a series of 4 Saturdays starting Sat Jan

 

1 Class

The Water Element according to Chinese medicine

2. Class

Learn to strengthen the kidneys and our inner vitality with qigong and self massage/ meridian work

3. Class

Bone breathing. Learn with this simple method to strengthen the bones bringing inner peace. The bones are part of the Water element govern by the kidneys.

4. Class

Meditation for the kidneys, gain access to deeper connection to your Essence and Flow. Kidneys stores our vitality and its distribution to the rest of the body/mind.

The Metal element’s is the season of the fall.

 

Metal governs the lungs according to Chinese Medicine

each organ has its own season.

 

The lungs are more susceptible this time of year for getting colds and the flu and is also the best time to treat the lungs.

 

Learn simple exercises to enhance lung health with Qigong, Japanese self massage, Meditation and Breath.

 

Strengthening the Metal element also makes the transition into winter easier.
